Kevin Ho

Kevin Ho started dancing on the ice as a figure skater at age 12 but soon realized that the floor was less painful. After graduating from the University of California, San Diego with an HONORS in contemporary dance, Kevin went on to choreograph throughout Southern California, eventually earning him the 2007 Stewart Prize in Choreography as well as the 2006 ArtsBridge America Scholarship for artistic community outreach. From pointe shoes to wrestling singlets, American Sign Language and eventually Contact Improvisation and gymnastics, Kevin is deeply committed to the daily discipline of movement engagement & research. Relocating to this invigorating city of New York in 2008, he has continued his investigation into dancing outside of judgement, inside of trust, and enveloped by joy & integrity.
